After a seasons long loan from Liverpool Anderson impressed many so he was given a contract much to the fans pleasure, although he started his first season later than others in October 2008, after injuring himself on the Forest pre season tour.

He is a right sided midfielder who can pass majestically and the time he finds for himself on the ball is incredible. He has impressive pace, good close control and a real ability to deliver accurate crosses for the forwards.

Competent at free kicks and able to put dangerous corners into the box.
